Fukushima Water Ho’oponopono Prayer

If you want a specific prayer, Masaru Emoto says please pray:

“The water of Fukushima Nuclear Plant, we are sorry to make you suffer. Please forgive us. We thank you, and we love you.” Please say it aloud or in your mind. Repeat it three times as you put your hands together in a prayer position. Please offer your sincere prayer.

This prayer is in the Ho’oponopono (pronounced ho-o-pono-pono) tradition as practiced in Hawaii which I write about in Unicorn Magic. Ho’oponopono is a simple yet highly effective form of prayer that works wonders in almost any situation where things have gone out of balance. It is an ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. It follows the scheme: I love you / I’m sorry / Please forgive me / Thank you.

If you think that prayer cannot possibly have any effect on the element of water (which, incidentally, makes up almost 70% of our human bodies), then you need to get hold of a book called The Hidden Messages in Water by Masaru Emoto. Prayer has a dramatic and visible effect on the way in which water forms crystals, and this book has the pictures to prove it!

The 3 Parts of Mind and How to Use Them

"Gnothi seauton", the inscription over a hall at Princeton University, is Greek for "know yourself." These words were engraved above the entrance to the temple at Delphi and adopted by Socrates as his personal motto.

Many people think of life as a battle, but it is not a battle - it's a game. But, just like any game, you need to know the rules to be able to play correctly, know what you're doing and enjoy the game. First of all you have to know that the universe is abolutely fair. That's why we speak of "universal laws". They apply every time, without exception. "As ye sow, so shall ye reap" means that we get back exactly what we send out. This also means that if you don't like something in your life, you can change it by thinking and acting differently.

To do this successfully however, you first have to be able to take a step back and reflect on your thoughts and actions. As the Greeks said, "Gnothi seauton - Know Yourself".

The Mind has 3 parts - the subconscious, the conscious and the superconscious mind.

The subconscious mind is like a video camera which faithfully records whatever it is confronted with, without censoring, embellishing or changing even the tiniest little detail. In this way whatever you think and imprint on your subconscious mind, sooner or later is played out in your external life. That's where affirmations come in. Affirmations replace a belief, or a thought or emotional pattern which is not serving you with one that will yield positive, enjoyable results for you.

The conscious mind is the material mind and reacts to events as they appear to be.

The superconscious is the God Mind, Higher Consciousness or Divine Spark within each of us which is the realm of perfect ideas, or the "perfect pattern" as Plato called it. This is the divine blueprint for every person. You have a purpose to live and a place to fill that is your alone and this perfect image is held in the Divine - superconscious - Mind and flashes across your everyday awareness as a dream, a deep desire or "something too good to be true". This is your destiny (or destination) which is known by the Infinite Intelligence which made you and is now within yourself.

Each Archangel has a retreat in the etheric above our planet. You can visit these in meditation or in your dreams at night to learn more about certain issues and to evolve spiritually. As always, state your intent clearly. These retreat locations include:

* Archangel Michael's etheric retreat is above Banff, Canada. It protects against attack or harm and strengthens divine will and faith.

* Archangel Jophiel has a retreat south of the Great Wall of China. This retreat helps people to overcome ignorance. Ignorance is a misunderstanding and/or misapplying of the cosmic spiritual laws.

* Archangel Chamuel has a retreat in the etheric above St. Louis, Missouri, which helps expand the flame of love.

* Archangel Gabriel has a retreat above Mt. Shasta in California, which offers clarity, purity, order and spiritual discipline. His retreat at Findhorn in Scotland is for purification and awakening.

* Archangel Uriel's retreat in the Tatra Mountains of Poland helps people find freedom by teaching them how to release fears.

* Archangel Zadkiel works with the Violet Flame, in the etheric realm above Cuba, and shows people how to find tolerance and forgiveness.

* Archangel Metatron enters through Findhorn in Scotland, and helps people find truth and honesty with themselves and others.

Angelic Realms and Dimensions of Consciousness

Beings of light who vibrate at a seventh dimensional frequency belong to the angelic realms, and dwell in the seventh heaven. Because they vibrate in a range that cannot be accessed by human sight and hearing we cannot normally see or hear them. We have to raise our consciousness in order to connect and communicate with the angel realms. However angels are always available to help us.

Members of the seventh dimension include angels, archangels, high ascended masters, unicorns and angel dolphins. Pure white unicorns speak to our "innocence" (in a spiritual sense) which we had the moment we became a divine spark.

There is a hierarchy, the lowest of which is the elemental kingdom, the fairies, mermaids, sylphs, salamanders and others. Then there are angels, the lowest of which are the Guardian Angels, who look after individuals.

Negative thoughts keep us locked in the third dimension. And when we refuse to let them go, we are unconsciously saying, "I prefer holding on to this old hurt to ascending (evolving)" or "I would rather hold on to my fear of failure than ascend."

We can use every moment as an opportunity for spiritual growth, because every thought we think either raises or lowers our vibrational frequency.
We can choose to be victims who live in the third dimension and react with anger, fear, hatred, jealousy or joy to varying circumstances. If we choose to become fifth-dimensional humans, we will learn how to stay centered and not expend energy swinging from one emotional extreme to another. When we live in a fifth dimensional consciousness, everything we send out comes back ten-fold. We pay back "debts" (lessons to be learned) very quickly in this higher dimension, and get instant karma. This means that if you have a negative thought or commit an action which is not aligned with your higher consciousness, the result will boomerang back to you instantly. Instant karma is something to be grateful for, since it gives us the opportunity to keep our books (of life) balanced.

How do you know if you have reached the 5th dimension of consciousness? We are at this level when we live our lives in service to others, and when we ask ourselves, "Is this the highest thing I can do? Is this the highest way I can act? How did I create this?" When we naturally do this, we're walking as a Master in the fifth dimension.

Planets, Glands, Chakras, Musical Notes and Past Lives and Deaths

As I write in my book The Tao of Mermaids, the glands in our bodies are related to particular chakras and spiritual influences which have a specific frequency that is echoed in the musical scale as well as in the colors of the rainbow as expressed in different rays of frequency/color. Not only that, but our gifts, talents and the way we choose to spend our time can also give us clues to our past lives and our inter-lives (the life between lives) as reflected in the different planets found in our solar system. In short, this looks like this:

This next color-coded chart describes the spiritual relationships between the glands, the planets, and the afterlife realms. As an example, the pituitary gland (the third eye in Eastern religions) is a spiritual point of contact with the planet Jupiter in our solar system. The planet Jupiter is the 5th planet from the sun. And the planet Jupiter is an astrological and spiritual point of contact with the 7th realm in the afterlife hierarchy.

The pineal gland is associated with the crown chakra and the color violet. It is situated a little above the pituitary gland and is the so-called Mind of Christ gland. When this gland has been awakened, one may experience spiritual holy communion. It is through this gland that the mind of the (individual) soul meets the Holy Spirit. This gland, when stimulated daily through meditation, can bring you the gift of "seeing the future" or prophecy. If this gland is the highest gland that you activate during your life, when you "die" and enter the non-physical realms, you will be able to dwell in the corresponding afterlife realm associated with the planet Mercury. This afterlife realm is termed the realm of the mind. Mercury is associated with high mental abilities. People who come to Earth from this realm are gifted souls who need to watch out for self-aggrandizement or their abilities can act as stumbling stones upon the path. Mercury brings understanding, specifically the understanding of other spheres.

The pituitary gland is the master gland of the body. It is situated between and behind the eyes in the brain - the third eye of ancient mysticism. It is through the pituitary gland, the highest endocrine gland, that ultimate awakening comes. It is through the energy of the pituitary gland that you may enter the very presence of God through meditation and prayer. If this gland is the highest gland activated during a person's life, at death they will be able to dwell in the corresponding afterlife realm associated with the planet Jupiter. This afterlife realm is referred to as the realm of high consciousness or high mindedness, leadership qualities and large groups. People who come to Earth from this realm may bring with them universality and ennoblement. They may turn their attention to large groups of people or nations. They are expansive and may be(come) blessed with abundance and wealth, which includes a wealth of friends, tolerance, and the ability to feel empathy and to consider others. They often have big ideas, visions and notions.

The stars represent soul patterns, not experiences. The twelve signs of the zodiac are twelve patterns from which the soul chooses when coming into the Earth realm. They are like patterns of temperament, personality, etc. You yourself choose the date, time and location of your birth according to what you wish to focus on and learn and experience in this lifetime.

As an example of how a soul sojourns to various afterlife realms, the psychic and healer Edgar Cayce described his most recent sojourns throughout the cosmos. Cayce's soul sojourned in the Uranus afterlife realm, the realm of the psychic, and just before incarnating into the physical realm, had a brief experience in the Venus afterlife realm. He incarnated to Earth with these most recent experiences ingrained in his soul. Such a combination would make a person psychic having a heart for helping others.

To Japan, with Love

The people that have been reincarnating in Japan since the Second World War are advanced souls. They have a group karma. Many of these entities (their stream of consciousness) come from Sirius and are very left-brained (analytical, logical, scientific) and have a strong belief in technology, the advances it allows and our ability to control it. Most people recognize that there is something of the "outer space" about Japanese architecture, comics, films and art. Many of these ideas indeed originate from a different planet.

Very interestingly, they are the only country on Earth to date that has experienced the destructive side of nuclear technology. Now they are experiencing the instability of man-made systems and the fact that nature can never be entirely controlled. There will always be "human error" as nobody is perfect. As a result, we are called to work in harmony with Earth, not against it. We can't cut off the hand that feeds us.

This all appears as a copy or mirror image of the end of the Golden Age of Atlantis, when massive parts of the land were also flooded and underwater, earthquakes shook the ground, and thermo-technology (heat) was used in destructive ways. What we are experiencing at the moment is like a historical "loop" which will allow us to transcend beyond the known into the unknown. These things have to happen on a massive, global scale because Earth, as an entire planet, is ascending.

The light, love and goodwill that is being sent to Japan on a global scale is brighter than ever and we all feel more connected and closer than in the past. Technology has contributed immensely to this global network. As with anything, technology can be used for good or bad, it's a matter of living in harmony with our surroundings and in alignment with our higher purpose.

Guardian Angels

Everyone without exception has a Guardian Angel. The words "you are never alone" are not just meant metaphorically. Your Guardian Angel is always with you. Like all guides, guardian angels help us to understand that we are not alone. They help us to see that we are part of a living cosmos, of which we are co-creators.

I am often asked: “How can I get in touch with my Guardian Angel?” The answer is simple. All you have to do is ask. Angels love to teach us how to communicate with them. They send us signs and messages and when we are open and ready to receive our life takes on a whole new meaning.

Originally Angels were not depicted with wings and the earliest example of a winged Angel in art is in a 5th century mosaic in the church of St. Prudencia in Rome. Angels in biblical and ancient non-biblical Jewish and Christian texts are portrayed as spiritual beings, superior to humans in both power and knowledge. The Renaissance artist Raphael—whose angelic name is surely significant—painted angels in breathtaking beauty. Angels, as Divine messengers, inspired mystics such as Emanuel Swedenborg (1688 – 1722), whose spiritual awakening and encounters with angels (as he described them) from 1746 onwards led to increased psychic and prophetic ability.

At this time in history, more and more people are now connecting with angels and have the chance to evolve as a result.
